About Us

Attorney Moser is a lifelong resident of western Pennsylvania. An honors graduate of Grove City College and Duquesne University School of Law, Mike has been practicing law in western Pennsylvania since 1996. Michael has clerked and authored opinions for a Common Pleas Judge and a Superior Court Judge. Mike has devoted his practice nearly exclusively to DUI defense and Criminal Defense since 1998, and has represented literally hundreds of clients in criminal cases in Allegheny County and Western Pennsylvania. Attorney Moser has successfully obtained expungements for hundreds of his clients in western Pennsylvania. Additionally, Attorney Moser has tried multiple criminal cases to verdict, and has been successful in obtaining acquittals after trial or after pre-trial motions for many of his clients. Mike has attended and taught continuing education criminal defense classes for attorneys. Mike, along with his wife and four young children resides in Hampton Township. Mike and his family are involved in youth athletics and other community activities. Attorney Moser enjoys excellent working relationships with local law enforcement and judges.
